Follow these steps if the Toolbox app is displaying an error message which is causing your phone to reset itself.
1. Restart the device.
2. Once it reboots, tap and hold the App Toolbox icon (widget).
3. Select Storage & cache > Clear storage and cache.
4. Scroll back and select Force stop.
5. Finally, reboot the device with the power button.
