At Cat® phones, we do not provide any form of support for a modified (rooted) device, nor can we issue a bootloader unlock code to allow root access to the device.

Important:

• If your phone is rooted, the warranty will be automatically void. 
• A modified Cat® device will be unable to receive automated security updates from Google. These important updates are necessary to ensure that your device and personal data is safe.
